We are thrilled to announce a new partnership with Connell Co-Op College, which has been developed as a result of our residency at Federation House (with desk space funded by Luminate and the Co-Op Foundation).
We will be running three of our Future Ready programmes with Year 12 Level 2 NVQ students. Each programme will run for 12 weeks, and will involve students: working to complete their iDEA Award; visiting the Sharp Project to find our about opportunities and apprenticeships in the digital and creative sector; visiting Ernst & Young for Employability Skills workshops; and working on a social action project to help make a difference to their local community.
The first two programmes will begin on Monday 4th November and run until February 2020. The final cohort of students will complete the programme as part of their enrichment in the summer term.
We can't wait to continue to develop our offer to post 16 students, and to work in collaboration with fellow members of the Co-Op family.
