Future Ready @ Unity Blackpool

Both groups have been busy this month planning their social action campaigns! With the end of term fast approaching they are busy getting their launch events ready and their informative content made!

L!STEN ACT CHANGE

We are so pleased with how our new programme is going! The group have chosen to focus on the lack of work experience opportunities and want to help young people access the opportunities that are available to them.

L!STEN

The L!STEN group are busy planning their annual Wellbeing Festival!

Step Up

We loved meeting our new Step Up cohort at our first session of the year! It was a great opportunity for everyone to get to know each other, have fun, and begin building confidence ahead of their transition to secondary school.   

Youth Boost

We've had a fantastic start to the programme, working alongside Make Good to deliver creative sessions for young people who are currently waiting for their next steps in education, employment, or training. We're looking forward to supporting them as they build confidence, develop new skills, and explore future opportunities.

Moving On

The group has been busy exploring local businesses, taking part in careers workshops, and getting active through a range of fun activities. 

Tameside Digital Exploration

We recently delivered our final session of the programme with Starting Point, and it was fantastic to hear young people's reflections on their experiences. Their feedback has been invaluable and will help shape future digital projects and ensure young people's voices remain at the heart of our work. 

Make Good & Listen Walking Group  

We celebrated the end of the programme with a fantastic walk around Manchester, where the group took part in an exciting Race Across the World-inspired challenge. Together, we completed an impressive 12,000 steps while exploring the city, working as a team, and celebrating everything the group has achieved.

Coming Up

Unity Blackpool

Trips to Manchester! Both groups will be visiting Manchester in July to mark the end of their project and we're looking forward to showing them all the great things about our city!

L!STEN ACT CHANGE Final event

The group will be showcasing all their work to key stakeholders, this has kindly been hosted by Navendu Mishra, MP of Stockport.

Adsbridge Youth Collective drop down days

We're exciting to be delivering some drop down days in primary schools with the rest of the organisations in the Adsbridge Youth Collective.

Speed Networking @ Stockport Academy

We're excited to run our final event of the year at Stockport Academy with their Year 10s!

PIE take on London

With funding from the GBSF foundation we are excited to take a group to the Hyper Japan festival in July!

Beelong Festival @ Chorlton

We'll be helping students prepare for their annual Beelong Festival at Chorlton High School

Step Up 2026 – Spaces Still Available!
